I've been involved in design since 2000 starting out with basic html layouts and moving into more animated design using Flash. In 2001 I started ForYouDesign up as a outlet for freelance work. Today most web design work that I'm involved in consists of CSS structured sites with Flash elements throughout. Also in demand are the Content Management Systems which are very helpful for clients that would like to maintain and update their website themselves.
